RESEP TUMIS UDANG SAOS SAMBAL
Material:
• 250 gr of fresh shrimp (medium size) to be washed clean without dubuang head & skin
• 5 cloves garlic
• 8 cloves onion
• 5 pieces red chili kriting (for those who love spicy chili sauce can be added)
• 2 pieces of orange leaves
• 1 segment ginger
• Salt secukupnya
• Cooking oil secukupnya
• sauce according to taste sambel

How to create:

Tumis onion and garlic that have been sliced, slices until fragrant, enter sliced chilli, lime leaves projected disobek and ginger which dikeprek. Add salt secukupnya. After the spices a bit faded, enter the shrimp, cook until the red (can be added a little water). Enter saos sambel according taste, confused moments, lift.
